Parched?
It can be hard to fight dehydration in the winter. I crave hot coffee not a cold glass of water. Ideally, I’d start the day with a cup of warm water that has a dash of Himalayan sea salt and lemon juice in it. Cleansing to the system, but I can’t stomach it first thing. I’m working to up my water intake by doing the following:
- Drinking plain hot water. The gym has a hot water dispenser. Make cup of hot water. Not coffee. 
- Drinking herbal tea. Carry packets with me and make at the gym. 
- Carrying a water bottle. Still tend to forget. Work in progress. 
- Drinking sparkling water. Keep fridge stocked with cans. 
- Drinking hot lemon water. Keep sliced lemons in fridge. 
Body really needs water for optimal function but tough to get it in on the reg without conscious effort.
