Fall Fitness Challenge

I am spearheading a 6 week Fall Fitness Challenge at Empower. You can find the details here. The mission starts on October 16. 23. I will do the challenge with the participants. Cannot ask people to do something I would not. Not how it rolls. Plus, and this is major, I need the challenge for all the reasons it offers. My protein consumption is low. I need to drink more water. I get derailed by weekends. I’m tired and worn out. My self-care is a work in progress. This is the truth of the matter and what is going on in this leg of my coach’s journey. You feel like you can’t admit that your fitness is at a low point. That it will make you less credible but I am going to state the facts, because this is my reality. So, if you are struggling. I understand. I’ve been there and I’m there. It is part of life. Things happen and we get knocked, but we need not stay down. Onward my Fall friends. It won’t be easy but it will be WORTH IT.
