Rebuild

Fall Fitness Challenge InBody scan going down tomorrow morning. Going in as is. There has been no week-long lead-in or longer. It is what it is. The first time I stepped on the scan and obtained results I was shot into action. I started logging faithfully and hired a coach to get my lifting back on track. A month into this regime, if that, life happened, as it does. Birthdays, events, took on extra work, L3, the list goes on. I soon found myself running all over the place. Lucky to fit in a workout or a decent meal. Not how I want to live. This morning I was talking with Coach Motor about this state of affairs and the need to frame each day as a rebuilding opportunity. Seize! Iā€™m putting up signs around the house. REBUILD. The first step is to lay a solid base with a nutritional overhaul. Need some sleep first.
