Weekend Challenge

Am sick. Too sick to go to the gym this (Sunday) morning. Missed a workout I really wanted to do. I keep getting sick on the weekends or it has been a pattern for the last two months. Overload. Despite getting a COVID and flu shot, am still ill, perhaps would be worse if had not had shots, and I would not even be writing a note. Tried to cook some food but it was unappealing and had to be pitched. Living on quick protein sources, like eggs and smoothies. Fighting to stay the course of the fall challenge when all I want are saltines and ginger ale, which are not challenge-approved foods. It seems a given that when I start to make traction on a project something will come along and threaten to derail. Just have to roll with it and adjust for a bit. I finished Coach Like Pro course. Loved it. NCFIT is a stellar group. Will miss the discussions.
